Warranty: We accept all orders subject to crop conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel aportion of the stock, or all thereof, should injury befall our stock from hail, windstorm,frost, other weather conditions, error in count, insect, and disease injury, or other causesbeyond our control, including settling, rodent damage, drought, and other acts of God.

Guarantee: Any tree, shrub, or evergreen that is installed by the home owner and does not live hasa one time 50% credit from the date of purchase. In order to receive this credit youmust present sales receipt. Credit will be given in the form of store credit, no cash willbe returned. The guarantee does not apply to plants that are sold at a sale price or forseeds, bulbs, grass seed, perennials, annuals, small fruits, roses, groundcovers, vines,and interior house plants.

Return Policy: Any plant item that is returned will receive in-store credit only. Returns must be made within 2 days.
